Wendy has over 25 years in the fitness industry. Her passion for fitness began while running track and cross country in high school which earned a scholarship to Western Kentucky University. She graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and went on to serve her country in the United States Navy where she also helped her command stay fit.
This inspired her to become a certified personal trainer shortly after. Her experience includes health coaching in a medical facility where she taught clients how to reach their goals through exercise and proper nutrition, as well as helping seniors with strength and balance. Wendy believes that if you set your mind to a goal and you have the strength and guidance…the sky is the limit no matter what age you are.
