Jordan’s training journey goes much further, both for her clients and for herself, than just physical training. It began in 2013 when Jordan signed to play Division II Women’s Softball and went on to be a part of a National Winning program. She fell in love with much more than just the physical discipline and aspiration that it took to be a well-rounded athlete, and took that new-found passion for a healthy lifestyle into sharing it with as many people as possible.
With over 6 years experience in weight training and strength & conditioning, Jordan also has extensive knowledge in medical, anatomical and physiological human kinetics and uses her B.S. in Biology/ Biochemistry and official training certificates in both Personal Training and Yoga to create an overall training experience that fits all walks of life. Jordan specializes in proper fundamentals of weight-training, endurance and strength/conditioning mechanics, lifestyle improvement, and has 4 years of collegiate knowledge in Nutrition and Health studies.
