Brent Dennis has been in the fitness industry for over 3 years. Being very passionate about what he does, he believes in the power behind exercise and it being essential to developing a strong body, mind, and spirit. Brent has worked with many satisfied clients over the span of his career and is familiar with creating exercise and nutrition programs designed to help them reach their fitness goals. His specialties include weight loss management, bodybuilding, and strength training. Brent is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and will soon complete a B.S. in Exercise Science.
